Lieutenant Robert Burlton Abdy, (19 May, 1860 – ) served in the Royal Navy. His ADM 196/38 Service Record is the most profoundly damaged such folio I have ever beheld.
Life & Career
Abdy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 11 July, 1882.[1]
